The Xecom XE5690H is a complete, global modem in a compact, surface-mount module. It covers less than half the board space of the leading competitor and is less than half as thick as well.
Xecom includes user transferable FCC Part 68 registration with every modem module. This allows the system designer to add a modem to a process
control, remote monitoring, point-of-sale, or remote diagnostic system without Part 68 certification.
